CASI’s Mitchell leads soil workshop for Selma summer school students

CASI's Jeff Mitchell took part in an intensive training program for three fifth-grade classes in the Selma Unified School District's 2018 summer school enrichment program on July 3 at Eric White Elementary School.  Students took part in a soil aggregation experiment that involved scoring soils from the long-term NRI study site in Five Points, CA and did basic statistical calculations using their findings.  An introductory video to the training is posted at the You Tube link https://youtu.be/FZDoCUMDLv8
